"Scott put me through an intense 2 week diet and training programme. Before I
met him I hardly went to the gym, felt tired all the time and ate whatever and
whenever I could. His workouts really pushed me to the limit and he made sure I
didn't give up even when I felt like I wanted to quit. He's a hard task master
but he definately gets the results, (although you may not end up liking him at
the end of it all...ha ha!).
With his help I managed to drop 2 dress sizes in
2 weeks, lost a stone in weight and 2 and a half inches off my waist. Since then
I have kept the weight off and my fitness levels and body shape just keep
